We post orders daily (Monday-Friday at 1pm) however, the order cutoff is at 12 o’clock each day, ensuring we have the time for the order to be printed and packed.

Orders made at the weekend will not be posted until the following Monday (unless it is a bank holiday, in which case the order will be packed on the Tuesday).

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping, every order is sent by a tracked delivery service, either Tracked 24, tracked 48 or Special Delivery.

Late Shipping

Occasionally, shipping may not occur the same day during peak periods, but could be delayed until the following morning due to production times.

Tracked 48 (default)

Tracked 48 – The cheapest service we have on offer. Royal Mail state that they aim to deliver these in 48 hours, but that delivery can take longer at peak periods. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times for this service.

Tracked 24

Tracked 24 – Similarly, Royal Mail state that they aim to deliver these in 24 hours, but that delivery can also take longer at peak periods. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times for this service.

Special Delivery

Special Delivery (by 1pm) – Guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day. This ensures a delivery attempt is made the next day. However, when ordering, make sure someone is able to sign for it at the delivery address and that the address is accessible, else the guarantee is void. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to either no signatory present, or unable to access the address, the guarantee is made void. A secondary delivery attempt is made the next day.

Undelivered Returns

If a packet is returned to us as undelivered, (no signatory, unaccessible or incorrect address provided by customer) then a full refund will be issued less the postage fee. We do not refund postage paid as that is a non refundable service.
